On Puss, Kitty and Perrito
Puss’ anxiety, fear, PTSD/trauma and even panic attack were played realistically(His mental health issues were not made fun of and they were not played for comedy. They were not glorifyied either.) and Perrito being there for Puss and comforting him quietly but gently is sad and heartwarming at the same time. Puss feeling genuine guilt for leaving Kitty and Kitty's heartbreak are both heartbreaking a lot as well - Kitty was lonely and heartbroken and she had trust issues. Perrito was abused and left to die but he survived and was living optimistically, dreaming of being a therapy dog to help others but he also really wished to have family and friends. Eventually and thankfully, a hopeful future comes for them. Puss accepted that it’s okay to be afraid and vulnerable, learned to ask for and accept help, talked about his feelings, learned from his mistakes, made better choices, opened up to others and learned to being there for them, learned and appreciated the value of life from his
Akira Toriyama's final words of encouragement to Eiichiro Oda "Oda-kun, there's nothing else for me to say! My own child reads One Piece really, voraciously too. So I also read it, and I really understood why everyone was crazy about One Piece! So, just keep doing your best from now on."

The sad thing is I used to admire Butch Hartman back then when I was a kid watching and enjoying Fairly Oddparents and my personal favorite of his, Danny Phantom. I still love DP to this day despite season 3 and its finale suck ass, and appreciated FOP from Season 0-5. Even though I don't care for TUFF Puppy, I understand why it got some fans, especially with Kitty. I really liked his vibe where he got inspiration from comic book heroes. But those were until he revealed himself as an egotistical asshole who lied and cheated his audiences. One person from YouTube said it best "Butch Hartman is a good case study on what happens when you let popularity get to your head."
